Our consultants act as named officer(s) accountable for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and/or Personal Information Management System (PIMS) in the respective roles, in a virtual mode. The services are offered in completely remote or virtual mode, based on the organization’s preference and requirements.

• Act as the Single point of contact for Leadership, customers, partners and other stakeholders on Information Security, related Risks, Governance andCompliance.
• Overall accountability for the information security strategy in line with business objectives
• Ensuring Development implementation and ongoing management of effective security governance,
• compliance and Certification programs to cater for the needs of Businesses (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2/SSAE18, PCI DSS, HIPAA etc.)
• Building, establishing and continually improving a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) program forInformation Security
• Defining and implementing security policies and associated processes across the organization
• Advise, guide and support stakeholders in addressing existing and evolving security threats.
• Guidance in identifying, assessing and selecting cost efficient security products and services towardsInformation Security
• Facilitation and assistance in complying with customer requirements in Information Security.
• Building and executing information security awareness programs
• Governing and Supporting the Security operations

• Act as the Single point of contact for leadership, customers, partners and other stakeholders on Data Privacy and related compliance.
• Overall accountability for the Data Privacy strategy in line with business objectives and compliance requirements
• Ensuring Development implementation and ongoing management of effective Data Privacy Framework and compliance programs to cater the needs of compliance (GDPR, DPDPA and other laws and regulations)
• Building, establishing and continually improving a Governance framework for Data Privacy
• Advise, guide and support stakeholders in addressing existing and evolving Data Privacy Compliance and other requirements.
• Guidance in identifying, assessing and selecting cost-efficient Privacy controls and measures
• Facilitation and assistance in complying with customer requirements in Data Privacy.
• Building and executing Data Privacy awareness programs
• Ongoing auditing and governance of Data Privacy to ensure compliance and conformance.
