European data protection Board (EDPB) has published an official register of all decisions taken by national supervisory authorities following the One-Stop-Shop cooperation procedure (Art. 60 GDPR) on its website.
One-stop-shop (OSS) mechanism indicates the duty of Supervisory Authorities under GDPR, to cooperate on cases with a cross-border component(s) and ensure a consistent application of the regulation. In a OSS case scenario, a Lead Supervisory Authority (LSA) prepares the draft decisions and works together with the concerned other SAs to reach consensus decisions.
The register includes access to the decisions as well as summaries of the decisions in English prepared by the EDPB Secretariat.
